Communicator Password Reset
Communicator and Communicator GO 7 – Password Reset
Mobile and Desktop application licenses must be enabled by support. Please contact support to have your application licenses enabled, and your temporary passwords set. If you are re-installing or upgrading from a previous version, this step is not necessary.
Password Reset Procedure
All password resets for both Communicator: Business Edition, and Communicator GO must be performed from the mobile app. You do not need to be signed in to initiate the password reset.
- If you are currently signed in, you will need to sign out first:
- iPhone: Press “More →” at the bottom of the app → Press Quit → Sign Out.
- Android: Press the hamburger menu in the top left corner → Press Quit → Sign Out.
- Launch your Mobile app and click the “Forgot Your Password?” link below the login button.
- Enter your e-mail address, and make sure the server is set to voice.integritel.com. Press OK.
- You will receive an e-mail with a password reset link. Use this link to obtain your temporary password. Once you use this password the first time, you will be asked to reset it to a password of your choosing.
Note: If you do not see the reset email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
