Our Story

IntegriTel was founded in 2016 with a single focus — delivering enterprise-quality voice communications and IT services to small and mid-size businesses that had been historically underserved by the technology industry.

We started as a VoIP provider and quickly evolved. Our clients kept asking us to help with their IT infrastructure, their network security, and their physical security. They trusted us — and they wanted one partner they could call for everything. So here we are.

Today IntegriTel delivers fully managed IT services, a cloud-hosted and on-premise phone systems, and physical security including camera systems and access control — all under one roof, one contact, one accountable relationship. Born in St. Louis… Built to Serve You.
